In this guitar lesson video, I describe how to play a simple polyrhythm. Specifically 2 over 3 (2:3) polyrhythm saying the phrase “Cold Cup of Tea”. My drummer friend told me to say this phrase over and over to help me master the technique. Hopefully saying the phrase will help you learn to play too!
